It’s official! The Honda Odyssey is now 25 years old! Honda’s premier minivan first hit the U.S. market in 1994 and was based on the Honda Accord sedan’s platform. The Honda Odyssey has changed significantly over the years, and 2020 is no different. That said, what changes can you expect to see on the new 2020 model?

The elegant minivan celebrates its birthday with an optional 25th Anniversary Package complete with chrome accents, special badging, 19-inch wheels and much more. In addition, the entire Odyssey lineup makes the 10-speed automatic transmission standard equipment. This new transmission replaces the minivan’s outgoing nine-speed automatic transmission for 2020.

The new 2020 Honda Odyssey is available in eight exterior colors, which include Platinum White Pearl, Lunar Silver Metallic, Modern Steel Metallic, Obsidian Blue Pearl, Pewter Pacific Metallic, Forest Mist Metallic, Deep Scarlet Pearl and Crystal Black Pearl.
